Brian is a consultant in Management and Organisation Development, a coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer. He has specialised in supporting both individuals and organisations through significant change. At the organisation level this includes supporting leadership in major culture change initiatives, starting with senior management and then following through at every level of the business.
At the individual level this includes providing support, coaching and mentoring to leaders who are responsible for transforming the performance and culture of their organisation. He has particular experience in helping technology companies and IT departments to become more service oriented and to build effective relationships with customers. He has also supported many sales organisations in making the shift from a product-selling mindset to a more solutions-oriented focus and culture.
Clients have included NCR, Lucent, AT&T, IBM, Canon UK, Canon Europe, Telewest (now Virgin Media), Astra, Biovitrum, ABB, RBOS, Prudential, and Allied Dunbar plus several UK Government departments. His assignments have taken place in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Brian began consulting after completing an MSc in Organisation Development at Sheffield Polytechnic in 1983.
