Fred is a management consultant, executive coach, trainer and facilitator with over thirty years' experience of leading innovative teams, transforming working methods, building personal skills, and inspiring people. The focus of his activity is to align the vision and energy of individuals and teams with the needs of the organisation - and so to transform both.
He has worked with clients such as Astra Zeneca, Astra, Aker Kvaerner, Akzo Nobel, Bayer, ABB, IBM, AT&T, Cambridge-MIT Institute, Global Refund, Lloyds TSB, Lucent, NCR, Nycomed and Hong Kong Telecom in Europe, USA, Canada, Middle East, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan, and with various Government Agencies and armed services, churches and charities in the UK.
Fred graduated from Durham University in Politics and Economics
As a line manager in IBM Fred encouraged people to want to change by personal example and team leadership. As a coach, trainer and facilitator he helps people develop their capabilities, and apply them most effectively in their various roles. As a consultant, he works with the interplay of people and organisations. The motivating focus of Fred's work is his enthusiasm for and awareness of how people can be inspired to transform themselves and their organisations.
