  • Leading and participating in diagnostic audits of organisations, ranging in size from 10 to 2000 personnel, to identify key issues, both supportive and inhibitive, at times of strategic importance. Qualifications

Martin has a BA and MA from Cambridge University in Natural Sciences and Social and Political Science. He also has a post-graduate Diploma in Social Administration from the University of York. He completed three years counselling training with the Institute of Psychosynthesis. He is licensed in the Team Climate Inventory team feedback tool, with ASE. Individual approach

Martin worked for many years developing his professional skills, exploring a great number of techniques, methodologies and models to help him support business leaders to implement their visions. Having internalised these methodologies and models his approach now is to focus on quickly forming and then maintaining trust based relationships with leaders, founded on integrity.

Having formed such a relationship he works with a leader, and often their team, to explore and define their vision, to develop their strategy and then to implement it. In the course of the implementation Martin supports the leader through the business challenges that arise and with making the personal and attitudinal changes that may be needed by them and their team. Martin has so often see that when people find the way to align their business vision with their personal values they usually discover great energy, commitment and creativity.
