Paul worked in leadership positions in complex engineering-based manufacturing businesses for 28 years. His industry experience over this time was in battery manufacture, domestic appliances and aerospace and he developed expertise in procurement and manufacturing general management. Leadership positions included a board position as manufacturing director of a highly successful SME and as a senior commercial executive in the UK’s leading international aerospace business.
In 2003 he became an independent management consultant dedicated to helping organisations and those who work in them reach their full potential. He has worked with many national and international organisations since then as a consultant, executive coach, trainer and change facilitator.
Paul is committed to working with organisations holistically to help them fulfil their potential. He has developed ways of working with leaders that has proved both inspiring and practical. He sees organisations as human systems that serve both the individuals who work there and the wider community in which they operate. He sees this as an integral part of their financial success.
